TAG Sensors is recruiting Key Account Manager
At TAG Sensors we develop and manufacture miniature temperature sensor devices for continuous cold chain monitoring of goods from producer to consumer. Through our solution, customers get full control of temperature sensitive goods like fish, frozen food and pharmaceuticals.
Our team for R&D, operations and sales for Europe is located in Mo I Rana, Norway, where we also house the production line. Due to increased activity we need to expand our team with a Key Account Manager to build and maintain a strong relationship with new and existing customers.
As the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for develop and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with the key customers in Scandinavia and UK. You will develop offers and negotiate contracts with key customers.
As the Key Account Manager you will act as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams and ensure that key customer’s needs are met. You will resolve key customer issues and complaints and ensure customer service standards are high and continually improving. You will also communicate key costumer’s needs, requirements, and other relevant insight internally for further development of TAG Sensors solution.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for hitting/exceeding assigned sales targets and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. You will also report the sales results and give up-to-date information relating to activities. The Key Account Manager reports to CEO and Chief Financial Officer.
Some of the tasks you may find yourself doing at TAG Sensors:
- Developing offers, negotiating contracts with key customers in Scandinavia and UK
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Acting as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams
- Owning and hitting/exceeding assigned sales targets
- Reporting on sales results and give up-to-date information relating to activities.
We are mainly looking for candidates who has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with experience in Key Account Management. There is an advantage if you have previous experience in food, pharma, logistics sector or cold chain. High familiarity with data based / IOT businesses a definite advantage. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.
The position require some international travel.
